On December 8,2021, while on her way to the supermarket on the Portmore Mall to purchase grocery to make dinner for her grandchildren, my mother suddenly fell which resulted in her sustaining a massive head injury that rendered her unconscious. She was subsequently robbed before a good Samaritan took her to the Spanish Town Hospital where she was admitted.

There was a CT scan of the brain was done and we were informed that my mother was experiencing ongoing bleeding in the middle of her brain, and she needed immediate surgery.
